A family favorite is Cracked Wheat Blender Pancakes. This recipe is from my mother in law and is sooooo easy and nutritious. It is by far my favorite pancake, I also like to add a whole banana to the mix as well.
2 C milk
1 1/2 C whole wheat grain
Put both ingredients in blender and blend for at least 5 minutes.
Add:
2/3 oil
pinch of slat
4 eggs
4 teaspoons baking powder
Blend till combined:)
We eat our pancakes with yummy homeade freezer jam or syrup.

Jars- a healthy chef! I guess so... minus all the junk food that you LOVE! You are amazing! Congrats on all your triathlons and marathons and running all the frickin time. You are super woman!
